إدارة التدريب الطبي

مستشفيات جامعة عين شمس ترحب بكم للانضمام إلي برنامج التدريب الطبي. يختص البرنامج بالمرحلة الجامعية وما بعد التخرج.

نهدف الى خلق فرص جديدة لبناء وتبادل الفكار والخبرات والثقافات وسد الفجوة بين أطبائنا المستقبليين وبقية العالم للوصول الي رعاية صحية أفضل لجميع المرضي في أنحاء العالم.

المستندات المطلوبة للتقدم للتدريب:

1. نسخة ممسوحة ضوئيا من جواز السفر.

2. إثبات الالتحاق بالجامعة الحالية.

   1. للطلاب الجامعيين: إفادة قيد من الكلية, وبيان الدرجات الخاص بالسنوات السابقة

   2. للأطباء المتخرجين: شهادة التخرج والتخصص (إن وجد).

3. أي أوراق ثبوتية بدورات أو ورش عمل أو ورش عمل او شهادة خبرة/ السيرة الذاتية.

4. تاريخ البدء ومدة التدريب المرغوبة.

5. التخصص/ القسم المفضل.

6. صورة شخصية رسمية حديثة (لبطاقة الهوية/الدخول للمستشفى).

7. إيصال بتحويل رسوم التسجيل إلى حساب المستشفى (التفاصيل بالاسفل).

• لأطباء الإمتياز يجب أن تكون شهادة التخرج معادلة من المجلس الأعلي للجامعات, وتكون جميع الأوراق موثقة قبل تقديمها بالطلب.

Medical Training Program

Thank you for your interest in our program.

The Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University Hospitals welcome you to join our medical training programs.

The Medical training sector arranges undergraduate and postgraduate clinical elective training and attachment. We aim at creating a constructive circulation and exchange of ideas, experiences and cultures, bridging the gap between our future doctors and the rest of the world to reach better healthcare
for all patients worldwide.
 

The required documents (all MUST be either in English or Arabic only) are:
1. A scanned copy of valid passport
2. Proof of current university enrollment (for undergraduates), or Medical diploma/ MBBS
certificate (for postgraduates).
3.Transcript/ C.V./ proof of previous work or educational experiences (important credentials)
4. The Preferred start date and duration
5. The Preferred specialty/department
6. A recent personal formal photo ( for the hospital ID/access card)
7. A receipt for transferring the application fees to the Faculty account (details attached).

• It is advised for the non-Egyptians to apply at least FOUR months prior to the preferred startdates, to make sure all your needed official preparations are done before your arrival. For Egyptians: apply 1 month prior to the start dates.
• The minimum duration you can apply and pay for is 1 month of training and the maximum is 6 months at the same department.
• At the beginning of the training, the trainee receives an ID card to access hospital gates, and he/she is attached to an assigned teaching staff member to ensure a tailored plan, fitting the trainee's expectations and the hospital availability.
• During the training, our coordinators are available to help and smoothen the trainee's stay.
• By the end of the training, the trainee receives a signed stamped certificate with the duration and department of the clinical elective training.
